At The Baby Nest, each reborn baby is handcrafted with care, artistry, and attention to detail. We want every customer to feel confident and happy with their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, the following returns policy applies:
Returns Eligibility

You may request a return (if defective) within 14 days of purchasing your order, in line with UK consumer regulations.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all clothing, accessories, and packaging.

The baby must be handled carefully; any signs of use or damage may reduce or forfeit the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Returns must be sent using tracked delivery for your protection.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your baby arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos.

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the situation and availability.

No refunds will be issued until the faulty/damaged reborn baby has arrived back to 'The Baby Nest' and has been inspected.
Custom Reborn Baby Orders

Custom reborn dolls are non‑refundable, as they are created specifically for you.

Refunds for custom reborn dolls are only offered if the item arrives damaged or faulty.
